Supporting foreign investors in transactions on the Polish market is becoming our speciality. This time we helped Germany-based toy and game maker Ravensburger while investing $ 4.5 million in the new polish game crowdfunding platform Gamefound.com.
Ravensburger supported the crowdfunding model to fund games, an essential part of its business. Notably, the board game market is experiencing another golden period. In the United States alone, in 2020, the board game market grew by over 50%.
Our Team, coordinated by Rafał Roszkowski and Tomasz Małecki, was responsible for coordinating the entire negotiation process and preparing the transaction documents on the investor’s side.
