We are glad to announce that GKR Legal assisted the shareholder of eBilet Polska, an owner of ebilet.pl, a leading Polish on-line event ticket sale portal, by the sale of the majority of shares to Allegro.pl. The transaction is conditional upon an antimonopoly clearance and it is planned to be closed in 1Q 2019.The project was implemented by the team: adv. Tomasz Ludwik Krawczyk, adv.
